Anatomy
After many years of experience and profound studies of the human body and while attempting to see within this complex world of bones, muscles, ligaments, joints and all different systems, I myself have gone through many moments of frustration and despair. Today, my main focus is breaking through the wall of fear – that so often is connected with the word “anatomy” – and even making it fun!
In a clear, logical and simple way I guide you through the inner and outer landscape of the human body.My goal is to awaken the curiosity and joy for this miracle of nature which is our body. Each one unique in its contents and reactions, we must learn how to honour, respect and listen to our bodies that are constantly giving us signals in their very own language.
I now offer anatomy classes, for massage training courses, yoga and pilates teacher trainings and other groups interested to deepen their knowledge of the human body.
I hold my classes in English, Spanish and German as workshops, special events or integrated into teacher trainings.
